In December 2018, Xuanye (Laos) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Planting Department of Laos Ministry of Agriculture and Hunan Prospecting Designing & Researching Institute for Agriculture, Forestry & Industry. The soil environmental monitoring system and the agricultural product quality detection system for Laos will be established and promoted throughout the whole country on the basis of the modern agricultural industry park in Vientiane City of Laos and with the technical advantages of Hunan Prospecting Designing & Researching Institute for Agriculture, Forestry & Industry . The monitoring results of soil pollution are of great significance to understand the status of soil quality, implement preventing and controlling ways of soil pollution and quality management, which is conducive to promoting ecological agriculture and organic agriculture, standardizing the development of organic food, organizing the construction of demonstration sites for organic food production, preventing and controlling the pollution of soil environment caused by agricultural production activities, gradually establishing and perfecting the system of laws, regulations and standards for the prevention and control of soil pollution, and improving the ability of soil environmental supervision. At present, the team of preparation has been established and many senior doctors from Hunan Agricultural University have joined the team, which is supported by Hunan Prospecting Designing & Researching Institute for Agriculture, Forestry & Industry.
