Hunan Xuanye Ecological Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. Holds Exchange and Symposium with Guangken Nongfa and Hunan Agricultural Group

On May 27, Xu Guowu, Chairman of Hunan Xuanye Ecological Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Xuanye"), and Cai Jie, Chairman of Guangdong Guangken Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangken Nongfa"), along with their delegation, visited Hunan Agricultural Group for an exchange and discussion. Gong Xiaobo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hunan Agricultural Group, and Gong Ziyi, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting.

Gong Xiaobo welcomed Cai Jie, Xu Guowu, and their delegation. He pointed out that Hunan Agricultural Group and Guangken Agricultural Development are both comprehensive state-owned agricultural enterprises with aligned strategic directions and shared objectives. As the only large-scale, comprehensive state-owned agricultural enterprise directly under the Hunan provincial government, Hunan Agricultural Group should proactively learn from Guangken Agricultural Development’s advanced experiences to promote the scaled, refined, and differentiated development of the agricultural industry. He expressed hope that, taking this exchange as an opportunity, both sides could further clarify their cooperation direction and goals, refine the specifics of their collaboration and implementation measures, and lay a solid foundation for jointly exploring new pathways toward high-quality development of modern agriculture.

Cai Jie provided a detailed introduction to the basic corporate profile of Guangken Agricultural Development. He stated that, as a first-tier enterprise under the Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Group, Guangken Agricultural Development has long been deeply rooted in the agricultural sector and has accumulated profound experience in areas such as resource integration, channel expansion, and agricultural scientific and technological innovation. He expressed the hope that both sides could share resources and complement each other’s strengths, accelerate the integrated development of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in agriculture, and contribute state-owned enterprise capabilities to achieving Chinese-style agricultural modernization.

Xu Guowu expressed his hope that Hunan Agricultural Group, Hunan XuanYe, and Guangken Agricultural Development would further strengthen their cooperative foundation, fully leverage their respective strengths, enhance communication and coordination, explore cooperation in areas such as the establishment of overseas grain sourcing bases and soybean cultivation, and achieve win-win development.

Yi Chang, Vice Chairman of Hunan XuanYe, Wang Tian'an, Deputy General Manager, Wang Yaqin, Assistant to the Chairman of Guangken Nongfa, and heads of relevant enterprises and functional departments of Hunan Agricultural Group attended the meeting.
