On the afternoon of March 27, 2021, the Consul General of the Consulate General of Lao in Changsha and his delegation visited the headquarters of Xuanye to investigate and guide the work.

On March 31, 2021, Xuanye (Laos) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Xuanye Ecological Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., and Hunan Agricultural University formally signed a framework agreement for scientific and technological cooperation on the joint construction of the "China-Laos (ASEAN) Joint Research Center for Animal Husbandry" and the "China-Laos Cooperative Crop Variety Test Station" at the Wenyuan Hall in Hunan Agricultural University.

On the morning of April 7, 2021, Xuanye (Laos) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Xuanye Ecological Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., and Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College formally signed a cooperation framework agreement in Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College on cooperation in carrying out pilot demonstration and jointly training talents in Laos.

On August 23, 2021, Xuanye (Laos) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Xuanye Ecological Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., and Hunan Institute of Animal and Veterinary Science formally signed a cooperation agreement on the construction of the "Lao-China beef cattle research demonstration center."

On September 16, 2021, the China Quality (Hangzhou) General Assembly was opened in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with the theme "quality, digital, green, convergence," which was jointly held by the State Administration for Market Regulation, the People's Government of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou Municipal People's Government.

Autumn October is the best season to visit the Longsheng Longji Terrace in Guilin, known as China's most beautiful terrace. At the end of the seven-day National Day holiday, when most tourists left Guilin, a group of founders, partners, heads of subsidiaries, and leaders of cooperative project companies from all over the country rushed to Guilin for a golden appointment in the Longji terrace. On November 13, 2021, Chairman Xu Guowu was invited to participate in the fifth Hainan International Health Industry Expo 2021. On the afternoon of November 29, 2021, Mr. Ben Indabadi, Consul General of the Lao Consulate General in Changsha, and his delegation visited the headquarters of Xuanye.

The opening of the China-Laos Railway on December 3, 2021 not only marks the completion of a transnational cooperation project but also marks a historic moment related to the well-being of both countries.

From December 8 to 10, 2021, with the core team members of the Country Cube, they visited Yuetang Economic Development Zone, Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, and Weishan Township, Ningxiang, Changsha City. They discussed with relevant departments and leaders the development of rural revitalization work. Combining the experience of Zhejiang Province and the Country Cube methodology, they tried to find the Hunan mode for the rural construction and shared prosperity of Hunan Province.

On December 13, 2021, Chen Xianchun, Deputy Secretary of the people’s Government of Hunan, met with Mr. Boun INTHABANDITH, Consul General of the Lao Consulate General in Changsha, and his delegation. On December 17-18, 2021, accompanied by Chen Xianchun, Deputy Secretary of the people’s Government of Hunan, and Guo Ning, Director of the Port Office of Government, the delegation led by the Consulate General of Laos in Changsha visited Huaihua. During the visit, a symposium was held to promote practical cooperation between Hunan and Laos by taking the opening of the China-Laos railway as an opportunity and introducing the construction of Vientiane Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in Laos by Xuanye (Laos) Co., Ltd. Both sides conducted in-depth docking on the cooperation between Vientiane Modern Agricultural Industrial Park and Huaihua ASEAN Logistics Industrial Park.

On December 27-29, 2021, the Commercial Counselor of the Vietnamese Embassy in China, Nông Đức Lai, and his delegation, accompanied by Mr. Hu Songqiang, Director of the Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation Division of the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, and Li Zhengchun, Deputy Director, visited the headquarters of Xuanye.
