On December 27-29, 2021, the Commercial Counselor of the Vietnamese Embassy in China, Nông Đức Lai and his delegation, accompanied by Mr. Hu Songqiang, Director of the Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation Division of the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, and Mr. Li Zhengchun, Deputy Director, visited the headquarters of Xuanye.

Mr. Xu Guowu, chairman of Xuanye, and the company's senior management team welcomed the visiting leaders, accompanied them to the company's product exhibition, introduced the company's development process, and reported Xuanye's investment in the whole agricultural industrial chain in Southeast Asia. Both sides had in-depth exchanges around the issue of China-Vietnam economic and trade cooperation.

Mr. Xu Guowu said that the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP) and other mechanisms had provided more significant development and imagination space for future China-Vietnam cooperation. Xuanye Company opened up many new models, ideas, and methods for cooperation in agricultural products. While planning the brand of agricultural products in Vietnam, our company has reached cooperation intentions with many agricultural research institutions and powerful China-Vietnam enterprises. It has made various preparations for entering the agricultural industry in Vietnam.

Mr. Nông Đức Lai spoke highly of Xuanye's contribution to the agricultural development in Southeast Asia over the years. He pointed out that with the RCEP coming into effect and the opening of the China-Laos railway as an opportunity, the prospect of China-Vietnam economic and trade cooperation will be broader. Xuanye is welcome to invest and start a business in Vietnam. The Vietnamese Embassy will vigorously support importing Vietnamese agricultural products to Hunan for distribution and sales to promote the economic and trade exchanges between the two sides. It will communicate and exchange on establishing the Vietnamese Embassy's business office in Hunan and the invitation of the Vietnamese Ambassador to China to visit Hunan at an appropriate time.
