Mr. Xu Guowu said that Xuanye Company will build a green channel for agricultural development between Laos and Hunan based on the Vientiane Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in Laos, Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone and supporting industrial park in Hunan Province and the node city of the east passage of the new land-sea channel in the west of Huaihua, relying on the China Laos railway and the China Laos economic corridor, taking their respective parks as the fulcrum, through the Laos Hunan railway transport trains, and in accordance with the new way of international agricultural trade, Strive to achieve the import and export of agricultural products between Laos and Hunan to exceed 1 million tons by 2025. Xu Guowu suggested that Hunan Province and Laos increase trade, production capacity, and investment cooperation, promote the landing of relevant industries, build the Hunan-Laos international economic and trade cooperation zone, create an innovative cooperation platform of "one road and two parks," drive Hunan industry, Hunan products, Hunan equipment, and Hunan technology to penetrate the ASEAN market for a long time, promote the integration of operation and trade between the Hunan-ASEAN market, and form a market alliance.

Mr. Li Xinqiu thoroughly and objectively analyzed the current international political and economic environment, conveyed the strong support of the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province for the "One Road, Two Parks," fully affirmed the contribution made by Xuanye to the construction of the entire agricultural, industrial chain in Laos and other Southeast Asian countries, and asked Xuanye to improve the feasibility study of the project further, vigorously promote the implementation of the "Provincial and Ministerial Agreement," and start agricultural trade cooperation with Laos and Vietnam as soon as possible.

Mr. Chen Xianchun fully affirmed the importance of jointly building the "One Road, Two Parks" innovation cooperation platform between Hunan and Laos and supported Xuanye and relevant departments to promote together the implementation of the "Provincial and Ministerial Agreement" as soon as possible.
