Deng Xiaoxia said that although Xuanye Company is a private enterprise, it has rapidly developed in Laos and other places under the leadership of Chairman Xu Guowu. The company has now become one of the key enterprises in Hunan’s overseas international cooperation project of “going global” and has accumulated a lot of overseas experience. The signing of the agreement between the two parties will rely on Xuanye’s resources abroad to integrate global rubber resources and form a deep integration of rubber industry chains, which will push Jihua’s rubber business to a new level.

Xu Xiuqing said that Xuanye Company has accumulated experience and regional resources by previously engaging in rice import and export business overseas, and is bound to make new achievements in the rubber field. In the past four years, with the support of all levels of government departments in China and Laos, Xuanye has successfully cooperated with state-owned central enterprises such as COFCO Group, China Aviation International Beijing Company, Hunan Jinye Zhongwang Company. It is firmly believed that its cooperation with Jihua Company can promote complementary advantages and resource sharing.
